POST COVID 19: EMIRATES RESUME PASSENGER FLIGHTS FROM DUBAI TO 9 CITIES ON MAY 21,2020.

In the fight to end COVID-19 flight and travel restrictions remain in place across many countries around the world. We are closely monitoring the situation as it evolves, and we hope to resume services as soon as conditions allow. This includes receiving government approvals, the easing of travel restrictions, and commercial demand. We will announce any service resumption when we are in a position to do so.

INFLIGHT SAFETY MEASURES:

Upon check in, Emirates will give all passengers free hygiene kits. The gloves and masks must be worn at the airport and the face masks are also compulsory on all Emirates flights.

At Dubai International Airport, thermal temperature scanning is in place and protective barriers have been installed at each check-in desk and immigration counter to provide additional safety reassurance to passengers and employees.

Cabin baggage remains restricted to essential items such as a laptop, handbag, briefcase or baby items for on board.

The airline recommends that travelers carry their own pen with them to fill out Health Declaration Forms required at some destinations.
